It is like I always tell my daughter - if you think you can't do something, then you have already convinced yourself it's true...but if you think you can do it (against all odds) then you absolutely CAN. Train your brain to believe, even if it may seem impossible.
Thank you for your comment, you are teaching your daughter the right way. It is so important to understand the mind set. Henry Ford said "If you think you can or you think you cannot you are right." Keep this good work up Willie Beetge
